Apprentices
RCR’s Apprenticeship Program has the unique benefit of being able to provide the broadest range of skills possible, mainly due to our operational diversity.
While this is yet to be fully exploited, greater
integration within the RCR group of companies is providing more opportunities
for cross-skilling. Currently there are over 120 apprentices in
fabrication, mechanical and electrical trades across Australia
and New Zealand.
Our apprentices go on to become qualified as:
- Boilermaker/Welders
- Fitter/Machinists
- Machinists
- Mechanical fitters
- Electricians
Traineeship opportunities are also being provided in design drafting, metallurgy, rubber, business administration and competitive manufacturing.
